Empower Technical Analyst
Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking an **Empower Technical Analyst** who could join our team in a permanent role.

Job Description:

· 5+ years of hands on Empower 3 experience, including instrument connectivity troubleshooting, UAT development, and supporting enterprise level environments with multiple instruments.

· Proficient in managing Empower Chromatography Data System (CDS) environments within highly regulated pharmaceutical R&D settings.

· Skilled in leading Empower upgrade initiatives, coordinating deployment teams, and providing technical oversight across lab migrations, LAC/e builds, and troubleshooting activities.

· Adept at overseeing daily deployment operations, serving as the primary technical expert for complex build, configuration, and instrument connectivity issues.

· Ensure all system lifecycle documentation-including IQ/OQ, validation records, and compliance deliverables-is completed to GxP standards.

· Proven ability to lead small technical teams, resolve deployment and image build challenges, and collaborate effectively with cross functional core and extended project groups.

· Experienced in creating high quality documentation, SOPs, training materials, and conducting 1:1 or group training sessions for technical and business stakeholders.

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and skilled in executing structured checklists, test scripts, and validation deliverables during system upgrades and lab migration efforts.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $75,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
