**Job Summary**

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative where you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. With a focus on the Payer domain you will utilize your expertise in MS Office and customer service to address inquiries and provide solutions. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office during day shifts contributing to the companys success and positively impacting society.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

+ Utilize MS Office tools to manage and document customer interactions and feedback.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.

+ Analyze customer needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction.

+ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Payer domain to provide accurate information.

+ Assist in developing strategies to improve customer service processes and outcomes.

+ Communicate effectively with customers to build trust and long-term relationships.

+ Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.

+ Support the implementation of new customer service initiatives and technologies.

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all interactions.

+ Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service.

+ Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices.

+ Strive to exceed customer expectations and contribute to the companys reputation for excellence.

**Qualifications**

+ Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office applications to manage customer data effectively.

+ Possess strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.

+ Exhibit problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns promptly.

+ Show adaptability in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks.

+ Have a foundational understanding of the Payer domain to provide relevant assistance.

+ Display a customer-centric approach to foster satisfaction and loyalty.

+ Be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Hourly Rate and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 6, 2026.

The hourly rate for this position is between $19.00 per hour

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
