Software Product Manager
Job Summary:
We're seeking a strategic and results-driven?Software Product Manager?to lead the development and growth of innovative software solutions. In this role, you'll be the voice of our users and service centers, working cross-functionally with our development, support, and sales teams to deliver software features that solve real problems, drive business growth, and make a positive impact for our clients.
Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Define and manage the product roadmap based on user needs, market trends, and business goals.
+ Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software products on time and within scope.
+ Conduct stakeholder group meetings, market research, and competitive analysis to make informed product decisions.
+ Translate business requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
+ Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven decision-making.
+ Design user interfaces using best practice user experience methodologies.
+ Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve.
Skills/Abilities:
+ Understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
+ Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
+ Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
Education and Experience:
+ 0-2 years of product management experience, with a focus on software products.
+ Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
+ Exposure toideation, requirements gathering, structure design, customer research.
+ Familiarity with tools like Roadmunk, Figma, development ticketing systems and analytics platforms.
