**Position Summary**

The Aetna Complaints, Grievance & Appeals (CG&A) organization is looking for the right candidate to help the CGA Insights team to support our data-driven analytics, root-cause analysis and process improvement activities. This new position will work with current team members on various activities impacting the CG&A organization to better respond to incoming data and report requests. This will include develop & updating of executive meeting materials, document existing processes and workflows, improving automation and collaborating with our business partners & stakeholders on the various operational and regulatory project deliverables the team is responsible for. This role provides an opportunity for the applicant to evolve into a reporting subject matter expert on the CG&A process across the multiple lines of business within Aetna/CVS Health. Responsibilities for this role will include:

+ Perform intake,triage,tracking,and fulfillmentofincomingdata& projectrequests.

+ Reach out to requestors to further define, documentand finalize requirements.

+ Help execute standardizeddecision analysisreporting(YOY/MOM, QOQ)trendviews.

+ Support team members w activities around development of GCPdata repository (i.e.BigQuery)

+ Support team members w development of new semantic reporting environment.

+ Identifyautomation opportunities for various technologies & tools (Python, GCP,Alteryx, Dataiku)

+ MonitordataqualityandcollaboratewithSr. Managementondatatrendchanges

+ Perform deep diveanalysis to helpidentifypotential drivers of higher incoming case volumes.

+ Evaluate resolved case data toidentifyopportunities to improve the decision-making process.

+ Deliveractionableinsights& recommendationstoExecutiveLeadershiptoenablebetterdecision-making and strategic planning.

**Required** **Qualifications**

+ Proficient withMS Officedocumentation,dataanalysis,& presentationapplications.

+ 5+ years of experience with relational databases and data transformation.

+ 3+yearsofexperiencewithdataprocessing/analytics.

+ 5+yearsofexperiencewritingSQLqueries(i.e.BigQuery,

+ Coginiti,SQLServer, DB2)

+ 3+years' experiencewith data visualization and report generation& schedulingtoolssuch as:TableauORSAP BusinessObects(LaunchPad,WEBI, Business Views/Crystal Reports)ORMicrosoftPowerBI ORGCP (BigQuery, Looker)

**Preferred** **Qualifications**

2+ years' experience with Cloud / Big Data data storage technologies (GCP/AWS).

+ 1+yearsofexperienceinthehealthcareindustry.

+ Experiencein any ofthe followingfunctional areas (call,claims,utilizationmanagement, grievances, appeals)would be ideal.

+ 1+yearsofexperiencewithautomation technologies (Python, Alteryx, Dataiku).

+ 1+ years' experience of data universebuildingor database admindevelopment.

+ Abilitytocommunicatewithbothtechnicalandnon-technicalcolleagues.

+ Comfortable with SharePoint and QuickBase (i.e.project tracking and collaboration tools).

+ Experiencein process improvement orautomatingend-to-endprocesses.

+ Familiar with Agile project management releasemethodology& terminology.

**Education**

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred OR Technical certifications for the technologies listed in the job description.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
