**JobDescription**

CBRE is seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager to support projectplanning, management, and execution activities forclient the Global Engineering Services- Building Design & Engineering andRisk Operations & Resilience (GES BD&E and ROR) Teams. Though theprograms span global regions, the primary focus of the role is to supportprogram execution in North America. A US-based role is preferred.

The Program Manager will partner with WHS's customer andstakeholder teams to verify and track business needs, drive collaboration, manageproject reporting through written updates, establish and track metrics, andmitigate project risks. The successfulcandidate will be a natural self-starter, and invent and simplify where needed(such as improving reporting and tracking mechanisms, or optimizing work flowsand other project resources). The role requires an individual adept atnavigating ambiguity and conflicting priorities who can earn trust with global teamsand maintain a high level of integrity.

The idealcandidate will have experience managing projects that span technicaland non-technical teams, maintaining schedule and milestone trackers, andproviding weekly, data-driven status updates to all levels of technical acumenand leadership.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Track and report on project and programperformance, key metrics, and improvements / lessons learned throughdashboards, newsletters, and white paper contributions

+ Scope, validate, and establish projectinitiatives and plans that solve group or stakeholder challenges that have beenprioritized to be solved

+ Execute individual and team projects,anticipating project risks with mitigation plans

+ Facilitate/run weekly alignment meetings onprogram-specific updates

+ Drive visualization and dashboarding of keymetrics to a single-source-of-truth

+ Initiate/facilitate major project kick-offsand drive execution until completion and handoff

+ Drive/follow up on project line item andmilestone-level delays

+ Collects inputs and coordinates withstakeholders

+ Report out regular project updates to ProgramLeads, and escalate milestone-level project issues that are impacting projectschedules

+ Innovate and drive better Project Managementtools, systems, and processes

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture,Construction, Business or related field

· Experience managing projects and interactingwith cross-functional teams

· 2-7 years of experience in complex programmanagement and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutionsand drive programs to successful implementation

· Experience leading large-scale projects andprograms

· Ability to work independently in a fast-pacedand rapidly changing environment

· Superior written and verbal communicationskills including proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate,and communicate with external business partners and internal teams

· Proficient in project management software(such as Asana or Jira) and Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· MBA or Master's Degree or other advanceddegree in in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related fieldFulfillment/Distribution design, planning, execution experience

· Proficient in dashboarding and visualizationtools like QuickSight or Tableau

· Certified ProjectManagement Professional (PMP)

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $85,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
