CVS Health seeks an innovative and experienced Multimedia developer specializing in video development with experience in using generative AI tools. This role is essential in creating engaging, high-impact video content and learning solutions that empower CVS Health colleagues to deliver superior customer service and healthcare outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the production of professional-quality video content, utilizing advanced video production and editing tools including ClipChamp, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
+ Create compelling graphics and visuals using Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Express, ensuring alignment with CVS Health branding guidelines.
+ Leverage AI tools for enhanced content development, including prompt engineering, and generation of multimedia content using AI software.
+ Design and develop innovative, interactive instructional content across multiple formats (microlearning, eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual learning, etc.).
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5 years+ relevant experience in multimedia content production (video and/or graphic design).
+ Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Express or similar tools.
+ Proven experience with AI-driven tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted content creation, especially in video/image generation.
+ Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions, video production quality, and AI-integrated projects.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience in instructional design
+ Familiarity with rapid authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, 360, Storyline 360).
+ Certification or advanced training in instructional design methodologies or multimedia production.
+ Innovative thinker with a creative approach to multimedia storytelling.
+ Excellent project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong collaboration and communication skills.
+ Adaptable to rapidly evolving digital tools and emerging technologies.
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent experience.

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
