JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
+ Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
+ Ability to work independently
+ Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
+ Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
+ Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
+ NPI & DEA
+ Current National Board Certification
+ May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location
