**The Role:** **Senior Product Manager, RWD** **Data Products**
The Senior Product Manager, RWD Data Products is responsible for defining and maintaining the structure of Norstella's Real-World Data (RWD) portfolio. This role ensures that data capabilities are translated into clearly defined, commercially coherent, and scalable data product offerings.Partnering closely with Commercial, Platform Product, Data Science & Informatics, and Delivery teams, this leader establishes clear tier boundaries, configuration models, and portfolio guardrails that support scalable growth and predictable execution.This role reports to the VP, RWD Product & Offering Management.
**What You Will Own**
**Offering Structure & Tier Design**
+ Define and maintain the RWD SKU architecture, including standard and enhanced tiers.
+ Establish formal criteria that differentiate offerings based on scope, data asset types, enrichment, refresh cadence, and service components.
+ Define, validate and bring to market compelling and repeatable data products and offerings.
+ Ensure offerings are intuitive, defensible, and commercially aligned.
**Commercial Alignment & Guardrails**
+ Partner with Commercial to ensure offerings are positioned clearly and consistently.
+ Define boundaries between product, configurable options, and custom services.
+ Support pricing logic and packaging decisions in collaboration with commercial leadership.
+ Reduce ambiguity in scoping through structured offering definitions.
**Portfolio Rationalization**
+ Evaluate new capabilities and determine how they fit within existing offering architecture.
+ Drive SKU simplification and version clarity as the portfolio evolves.
+ Ensure offering updates are intentional, documented, and aligned to portfolio strategy.
**What Success Looks Like**
+ Clearly defined and consistently applied RWD offerings framework and product deliverables.
+ Reduced ambiguity in commercial scoping.
+ Strong alignment between offering structure and market positioning.
+ Growth driven through standard, repeatable offerings.
**Qualifications**
+ 5+ years in product management or data product leadership within healthcare or life sciences.
+ Demonstrated experience commercializing real-world data products, including defining offerings, tier structures, and go-to-market alignment.
+ Experience scaling or rationalizing multi-SKU B2B data portfolios.
+ Strong commercial fluency and ability to translate technical capabilities into structured offerings.
+ 3+ years of experience working with real-world data products (claims, lab, EMR, prescription other linked datasets) in a commercialization, product, or solutions capacity.
+ Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed environments.

_The expected base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. The final level, title and compensation are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered._
