Director Business Transformation

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** Sedgwick, a global market leader in risk and claims administration, is in the midst of a multi?year transformation to fundamentally re?architect how its core businesses operate. Backed by top private equity firms and led by Sedgwick's Chief Transformation Officer, Sedgwick is reimagining how its services are delivered, with a focus on modernizing core operations, improving customer outcomes, and building scalable, data? and AI?enabled ways of working.

The Business Transformation Director drives enterprise or business unit-wide transformation programs, working closely with senior leaders, functional operators, and technology teams to translate transformation hypotheses into operating reality. The Director is accountable for designing and delivering high?impact transformation initiatives end-to-end, driving alignment, execution, and adoption across the business. They will support the design of future-state operating and technology solutions across business and technical leaders, build business cases to demonstrate ROI, and drive vendor identification and selection processes.

This role goes beyond project management - it offers significant ownership and visibility and is designed for leaders who want to work on complex, high?value problems on a global scale and see their work translate into real outcomes. The group brings decades of expertise in strategy, AI, and large-scale digital transformation across financial services, technology, and industry.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE**

+ Leads enterprise or business unit-wide transformation programs aligned with strategicobjectives.

+ Shapestransformation strategy andtranslatesenterprise priorities into executable roadmaps.

+ Sponsors large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement initiatives.

+ Partners with VPs and executive leadersacrossSedgwick businesses and ITto align priorities, resources, and outcomes.

+ Establishes enterprise-level governance, success metrics, and benefit realization frameworks.

+ Drives cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

+ Ensures transformation outcomes are embedded into operating models.

+ Serves as a trusted advisor with executive presence and strategic insight.

+ Buildsbusiness cases todemonstrateclear ROI for prioritized initiatives

+ Translates business strategy into executable solution design - not just requirements or roadmaps

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Provides support, guidance,leadershipand motivation to promote maximum performance.

+ Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.

+ Interviews,hiresandestablishescolleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university preferred.?Certifications related to business transformation and/or AI preferred, but not required.

Seven to ten (7-10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact or equivalent combination of education and experience required.?Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments required. Experience in the financial services sector (insurance, banking) highly preferred.
