**What You'll Do**
**In this role you will...**
Lead and grow Teradata's global strategic partnership with Dell, driving joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives and expanding business opportunities across both organizations. You will serve as the primary owner of the global Dell relationship, aligning cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact.
Success in this role means building strong executive-level relationships, integrating Dell into account planning and co-sell motions, and consistently identifying and executing new growth opportunities. You will play a critical role in shaping partnership strategy, influencing product collaboration, and ensuring Teradata fully leverages Dell's ecosystem, programs, and resources to accelerate revenue and market presence.
**What Makes You a Qualified Candidate**
+ 5+ years of experience in Dell alliances, channel, partner sales, or direct experience working with Dell
+ Proven track record managing complex partner relationships and driving measurable business outcomes
+ Strong experience in alliance management within the high-tech industry at strategic and operational levels
+ Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and C-level executives
+ Bachelor's degree required (graduate degree is a plus)
**What You'll Bring**
+ Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and business plans with partners
+ Strong understanding of Dell's business model, products, programs, and funding structures
+ Ability to identify and scale new business opportunities through partnerships
+ Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
+ Experience collaborating across product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and touchpoints
+ Executive presence with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
+ Technical familiarity with databases, enterprise software, and Teradata solutions (preferred)
+ High energy, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approach
+ Strong presentation skills and proficiency in business English (written and spoken)

Pay Rate: 257400.0000 - 321800.0000 - 386200.0000 On-Target Earnings
Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and candidate experience. Sales roles will be eligible for commission payments tied to quota achievement. All other permanent roles will be eligible for one of our annual incentive plans, which are based on company financial attainment and individual performance.
