**Day to Day**

This role owns the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing and experiential programs that support key strategic initiatives. Program Managers build and manage detailed project plans, oversee budgets, coordinate cross-functional business partners, and ensure flawless delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives. They serve as the operational engine behind large-scale activations - managing timelines, dependencies, vendors, reporting, lead capture, and post-event follow-up while maintaining rigorous quality control.

On a daily basis, the role requires balancing strategy and execution: leading cross-functional meetings, analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities to scale or optimize programs, and presenting insights to senior business partners. It demands excellent financial stewardship, global coordination across time zones, and the ability to anticipate risks, solve problems quickly, and deliver high-impact experiences on time and within budget.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage the planning and execution of multiple, concurrent global events and experiential marketing initiatives while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency

+ Support the development and execution of event strategies, including timelines, logistics, vendor coordination, budget tracking, reporting, and post-event follow-up

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-functional partners, providing expertise and guidance on event execution and best practices

+ Manage event budgets with fiscal responsibility and attention to cost efficiencies

+ Track and report on event performance, including analytics, trends, and insights to inform future improvements

+ Coordinate event materials, lead capture processes, and documentation to ensure a seamless experience for both internal teams and external audiences

+ Leverage industry trends and audience insights to enhance event impact and identify opportunities for scale and efficiency

+ Collaborate across global teams, demonstrating cultural awareness and the ability to execute effectively across multiple regions and time zones **The deadline to apply to this position is 27th of March 2026. **Skills/Competencies**

+ Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.

+ Proven experience overseeing and executing high-impact events or experiential activations on a global scale

+ Excellent organizational and execution skills, including managing logistics, timelines, and budgets across multiple initiatives

+ Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, solve problems proactively, and deliver under tight deadlines

+ Demonstrated ability to use data and insights (both qualitative and quantitative) to evaluate event success and inform recommendations

+ Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality attendee experiences

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across a variety of collaborators and partners, including senior leadership

+ Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%

**Salary Range Transparency**

Tier 1 - United States of America 72,000 - 108,000 USD per year

Tier 2- United States of America 80,000- 120,000 USD per year

Tier 3- United States of America 88,000- 132,000 USD per year

Tier 4- N/A

Tier 5- United States of America 100,000- 150,000 USD per year
