Sr. Community & Social Media Marketing Specialist - Primos
**Job Description**

Rooted in heritage, Primos Hunting and Hoppe's represent two iconic brands that have earned

the trust of hunters and shooting enthusiasts for generations. We're looking for a Social,

Community and Content Specialist to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our social

ecosystem, building engaged, loyal communities while creating compelling, high-quality content

that brings these two great brands to life for a modern outdoor audience.

As part of the Marketing team, you'll own social strategy end-to-end, from content planning and

channel management to hands-on content creation, community engagement, influencer

partnerships, and performance reporting. Reporting to the VP, Head of Marketing, you'll serve as

the definitive voice of our brands across social platforms, representing them with authenticity,

authority, and sound judgment, while acting as a subject matter expert on audience behavior,

platform trends, and digital storytelling.

This role is ideal for a strategic, creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment,

someone who not only understands how to turn content and community into meaningful brand

impact, but can also concept, create, and execute content that resonates authentically with our

audience.

**What You'll Do**

You'll lead how our brands show up in the wild-across social platforms and within the

communities that live and breathe this lifestyle.

+ Own and evolve the social and community strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,

+ Facebook, X, and what's next

+ Build seasonal and campaign-driven roadmaps that connect product, culture, and

+ Concept and execute content, from short-form video and in-the-field moments to polished

+ brand storytelling, ensuring everything feels authentic and true to the lifestyle

+ Serve as the voice of the brand, engaging directly with the community in a way that builds

+ trust and credibility

+ Lead content calendars and publishing with a strong point of view on what matters now

+ Work cross-functionally with brand, marketing leadership, creative, eCommerce, PR, and

+ sales to bring campaigns and real time messaging to life

+ Actively engage with the community, responding, moderating, and building real

+ relationships with hunters and shooting enthusiasts

+ Confidently navigate a passionate and opinionated audience, handling feedback,

+ questions, and conversations with sound judgment as a category expert

+ Grow and activate a network of creators, ambassadors, and partners who live the lifestyle

+ and tell it well

+ Maintain a strong understanding of products and be able to communicate features,

+ benefits, and use cases with credibility

+ Stay close to culture, tracking trends, platform shifts, and moments that matter, and turn

+ them into opportunities

+ Measure performance, extract insights, and continuously raise the bar

+ Who You Are

+ A strategist who can also execute, equally comfortable building the plan and being

+ behind or in front of the camera

+ A natural storyteller with a sharp eye for content that connects, performs, and feels real

+ Experienced in social, with a track record of growing brands and building engaged

+ communities

+ Fluent in today's platforms and tools, always experimenting with what's next

+ Skilled in creating video, photography, and copy that stop the scroll and hold attention

+ Confident managing creators and influencers, with a strong instinct for fit and authenticity

+ Analytical enough to know what's working, and creative enough to act on it

+ Organized, self-directed, and able to move at the speed of culture

+ Deeply connected to hunting and shooting culture, with firsthand experience authentically

+ understanding of the lifestyle, community, and brand voice

**Pay Range:**

Annual Salary: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
