**What You'll Be Doing**
**Job Summary:** The Estimator will be responsible for preparing complete, accurate estimates for all onsite changes and pricing requests.
**Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:**
**Works directly under the Project Manager and/or Senior Estimator and is responsible for helping ensure the project is successful.**
**Review plans, specifications and other drawings, as updated, for changes.**
**Provide accurate take-offs**
**Work with the estimating and project teams to build estimates and pricing.**
**Develop preliminary schedules for changes.**
**Ideal Background**
**Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is preferred and/or a minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience with steel erection or industrial millwright.**
**Must be detail oriented and familiar with systems both manual and electronic.**
**Must have excellent oral/written communication skills.**
**Must be mathematically and computer literate.**
**Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project/Primavera P6.**
**Physical Requirements**
**Overtime is required as needed.**
**Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds on occasion.**
