To help deliver on this mission, we are seeking a Senior Professional, Wellness Marketing to support development and execution of member marketing that motivates healthy behaviors and deepens engagement with Humana's wellness offerings. This role will be a Marketing point of contact for cross-enterprise wellness efforts-partnering with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop marketing plans and briefs, coordinate deliverables, and help remove roadblocks to bring wellness campaigns to life. The work will focus on topics such as staying active, social connection, nutrition, preventive screenings, and other everyday actions that help our members live their best lives.

This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who is excited about understanding our customers, serving our business partners, navigating a large and matrixed organization, and dreaming big about how we can use Marketing to drive health results. No two days, seasons, or campaigns will be the same-so this position requires comfort with ambiguity, creative problem solving, role flexibility, and a growth mindset for maximum impact.

Reporting to the AVP, Stars & Clinical Marketing, this position will work closely with the broader Marketing organization, Go365 (Humana's wellness and rewards program), Human Flourishing through Health Advancement, Digital, and other teams across the company that support wellness engagement. This role helps ensure efforts are focused, measurable, and most importantly, effective at helping our members build and sustain healthy habits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support day-to-day execution of the member-focused wellness campaign lifecycle-helping translate priorities into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables from intake through launch, measurement, and optimization

+ Serve as a primary Marketing partner for wellness program owners by gathering requirements, aligning on goals, and converting business needs into actionable marketing plans and campaign briefs

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Go365, Human Flourishing through Health Advancement, operations, and analytics) to align goals, define success metrics, and coordinate dependencies to deliver measurable wellness engagement

+ Coordinate with the Hive and vendor partners to develop wellness campaign creative and collateral, ensuring materials are on brand,accurate, accessible (e.g., health literacy), compliant, and delivered on schedule

+ Help ensure wellness campaigns have defined measurement plans and a test-and-learn approach; partner with analytics teams tomonitorperformance and recommend refinements based on results

+ Support wellness engagement work through standard enterprise ways of working, including preparing data-backed updates, tracking decisions/actions, and aligning to personalization capabilities as they mature

+ Coordinate across the Stars and Clinical Marketing team (and other member engagement teams) to align touchpoints, reduce abrasion, and improve the member experience

+ Continuously improve wellness outreach byidentifyingopportunities to strengthen targeting, messaging, channel mix, and journey design

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

+ 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, consulting, program management, or a related role delivering cross-functional work in a matrixed environment

+ Demonstrated ability to drive work through collaboration and influence, coordinating stakeholders and supporting delivery of shared outcomes

+ Ability to manage components of cross-functional initiatives from intake and planning through execution and measurement, with guidance as needed

+ Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort aligning partners, surfacing risks/tradeoffs, and navigating review/approval processes

+ Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills; able to translate ambiguous asks into clear plans, requirements, and next steps using available data and input

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear briefs, synthesize input, and deliver concise updates and performance readouts

+ Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change; able to flex between strategy and execution and adjust plans as priorities evolve

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare services, or health plan marketing

+ Understanding of wellness engagement priorities and how member communications can support behavior change (e.g., physical activity, nutrition, preventive screenings)

+ Experience applying health literacy and behavior change principles to member comms

+ Experience working in a regulated environment and navigating legal/compliance review processes for marketing communications

+ Experience partnering with program, product, and operations stakeholders to turn business priorities into member engagement campaigns

+ Background in agile marketing practices, journey-based campaign planning, or test-and-learn/experimentation

**Location:**

Hybrid in-office preferred in one of the following cities: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Chicago, IL. Remote options will be considered based on role needs and candidate experience.

**Pay Range**

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$94,900 - $130,500 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
