Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is searching for a Manager of Sales Development to join our team!
The Manager of Sales Development is the front-line leader and responsible for driving the day-to-day results for the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team is critical to sales pipeline generation at Dodge and serves as the first point for contact for many prospects. In this role, we need a successful, savvy, and metrics-driven leader who will be responsible for the coaching, mentoring, and development of the SDR team, as well as developing strategy and working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive positive outcomes. SDRs are the foundation for talent at Dodge, and this role will play a crucial part in the training and career growth of sales professionals early in their career.
This full-time position reports directly to the Director, Sales Development.
**_Preferred Location_**
There is a preference to hire a candidate located in the Mountain or Pacific time zones; however, qualified candidates across the continental U.S. will also be considered.
**_Travel Requirements_**
Expected travel is up to 10% for this role.
**_Essential Functions_**
+ Build and maintain a high-performing SDR team culture while ensuring team and individual performance metrics are achieved
+ Hire, lead, and develop SDRs through ongoing coaching, 1:1 mentoring, and performance feedback
+ Review calls and outreach to provide actionable coaching and improve effectiveness
+ Leverage data and team insights to drive performance improvements and recommend changes to structure, processes, and inbound/outbound strategies
+ Develop and scale outbound practices to drive incremental revenue for the New Logo organization
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day questions related to processes, procedures, and product offerings
+ Optimize outreach channels (email, social, Salesloft, etc.) to increase engagement and pipeline generation for Account Executives
+ Champion a consultative, solution-based selling approach within the SDR team
+ Ensure accurate and timely data management within Salesforce
+ Provide regular reporting to Sales Leadership on team and individual performance, with recommendations to improve efficiency and productivity
+ Model professionalism in all interactions, reinforcing a strong customer-focused mindset
**_Education Requirement_**
Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience.
**_Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills_**
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading Sales Development teams, with a proven track record of exceeding goals
+ Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with consistent achievement above targets
+ Strong expertise in outbound pipeline generation, including leading SDR teams and developing scalable outbound strategies
+ Ability to leverage data to drive decisions and identify process improvements that increase efficiency
+ Passion for coaching and developing early sales talent, with a focus on progressing top performers into closing roles
+ Strong interpersonal skills and sales acumen, with a results-driven mindset
+ Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
+ Exceptional communication skills with a professional and positive approach
+ High level of integrity and strong ownership of outcomes
+ Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Salesloft, and related AI-driven sales tools preferred
+ Basic understanding of the construction industry, or the ability to quickly learn, preferred

Dodge Construction Network's compensation and rewards package for full time roles includes a market competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and, for applicable roles, uncapped variable incentive plans or an annual discretionary performance bonus.
