Dodge Construction Network (Dodge) is seeking a strategic and results-driven FP&A Manager to lead efforts around financial modeling, revenue forecasting, business partnering, and annual and quarterly planning. This role will act as a business partner to our sales leaders and provide operational support in addition to working cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, and other business functions.

This is a full-time position and reports directly to the VP, FP&A/Revenue Operations.

**_Preferred Location_**

This is a remote, home-office based role and candidates located in the continental United States will be considered. For this position, there is a preference to hire in Eastern time zone, however candidates in other US time zones that can work Eastern business hours would be considered as well.

**_Travel Requirements_**

Expected travel is minimal for this role.

**_Essential Functions_**

+ Create top-line financial and operational models to identify risks/opportunities and enable scenario planning

+ Lead revenue forecasting and pipeline management efforts, working closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to build connectivity between teams

+ Assist with annual operating planning and quarterly reforecasts

+ Partner with sales leaders on key operational and strategic questions and analyses

+ Ensure data integrity and consistency across pipelines

+ Design and enforce standardized forecasting cadences and reviews

+ Leverage data and AI to create dashboards and tools with the goal of providing deeper visibility and enabling better decision making

+ Work across functions to drive accountability and continuous improvement through automation and process redesign

**_Education Requirement_**

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience.

**_Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills_**

+ 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles

+ Strong background in financial modeling, data analytics, and process design and implementation

+ Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce required

+ Experience with SaaS, subscription-based, or usage-based business models

+ Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

**_Preferred Experience, Knowledge and Skills_**

Experience with AI tools (i.e. Claude).
