Business Development Manager

**About the Role:**

**As aCBRE Business Development Manager, you will be part of a team that drives localand regional client relationships and business development activities.**

**Thisjob is part of the Sales function. They are responsible for the design of salessolutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.**

**What You'll Do:**

+ **Oversee the internal proposal process.**

+ **Generate proposals and finalize general contractors purchase orders.**

+ **Solicitate proposals from sub-contractors.**

+ **Organize general contractor's meetings in the respective region. Ensure relevant information is shared and proper business development processes are conducted.**

+ **Take part in project management execution handover process.**

+ **Track and complete KPI goals outlined for the client.**

+ **Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.**

+ **Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.**

+ **Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.**

What You'll Need:

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

+ Construction Management, building management system or HVAC experience required.

+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.

+ Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

+ Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this position is $105,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $118,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.Successful candidates may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
