**Life Cycle Specialist - South - req1703**
**OVERVIEW**
The Life Cycle Sales Specialist serves in a supporting capacity to the Regional Life Cycle Manager. The incumbent is responsible for supporting sales programs through customer outreach (phone, email, digital tools, and approved social media) to determine optimal targets for installed based (IB) sales and competitive account opportunities. Reviews and assess leads from a variety of sources to drive funnel growth across the region.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**This is a remote position in the USA.**
**The selected candidate will be required to live in the South region, to best support the business.**
+ Supports Regional Life Cycle Sales Managers in developing and executing inside sales strategies to improve the visibility of Canon in competitive accounts; Regularly execute remote outreach campaigns.
+ Participate in activities including trainings, sales meetings, and assigned projects to continuously build knowledge of CMSU products, sales programs, internal processes, and customer relationship management.
+ Support Regional Life Cycle Sales Managers in identifying IB targets (based on BU provided data) to retain sockets and grow revenue.
+ Assume ownership for assessing the viability of leads that are generated through a variety of sources (e.g., tradeshows, Canon website, and social media); Monitor, track and report the activity associated with handoffs.
+ Collaborate with ZVPs and xAMS to identify projects that allows the zone to penetrate targeted markets with a multi-faceted approach.
+ Provide quote support to Regional Life Cycle Managers as needed, which may include preparation and presentation to customers
+ Support the Regional Life Cycle Managers in improving the quality of the IB CRM data.
+ Based on the guidance from Regional Life Cycle Managers, forward approved Seismic content to customers with the intent of creating new upgrade or up trade opportunities.
+ Navigate customers through sales cycle from opportunity identification to quoting and for after-market follow up.
+ At the direction of Regional Life Cycle Manager, attend customer meetings and presentations as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel.
+ Ability to consistently maintain a professional phone presence.
+ Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results in a rapidly growing environment.
+ Excellent business and analytical skills required to oversee customer utilization data analysis and program development.
+ Excellent presentation/platform skills.
+ Preferred Cross-functional experience working with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Service.
+ Ability to travel.
+ 4 Year Bachelor's Degree, 1 to 3 years Experience in Diagnostic Imaging or Healthcare industry or equivalent educational background in lieu of experience.
+ Pay Information: $30 hourly + Incentives
