**Your Opportunity**
We are seeking a Sr Business Data Analyst to join our small but dynamic Product Usage team. In this role, you will use your expertise to support the tracking, analysis, and reporting of product usage across EBSCO's portfolio of research tools. You will play a critical role in transforming large volumes of usage data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
This remote position is U.S.-based only (excluding U.S. territories).
**What You'll Do**
+ Collect, process, and analyze large product usage datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
+ Produce regular and ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders, presenting findings in a clear and accessible manner
+ Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver relevant insights
+ Manage multiple concurrent projects and deliverables, meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
**Your Team**

**About You**
+ 5+ years of experience in a Business Data Analytics role
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualizations
+ Proven ability to effectively listen to customers and translate customer problems into powerful solutions
+ Proficiency in writing SQL scripts

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
+ Proficiency in descriptive statistics with the ability to interpret and communicate findings in terms that non-technical stakeholders can readily understand
+ Experience working with large datasets
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and consistently meet deadlines
**Pay Range**
USD $86,155.00 - USD $123,075.00 /Yr.
The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, education, training, and experience, as well as the position's work location.
