As a **Staff Clinical Consultant - Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation** , you will serve as a trusted clinical advisor to federal healthcare organizations, guiding customers through the successful adoption and optimization of Oracle Millennium solutions. This role combines clinical expertise, healthcare operations, revenue cycle knowledge, and change management to improve clinical documentation, workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
Working collaboratively with customer leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and Oracle project teams, you will lead workflow design, support organizational change, and drive measurable outcomes across multiple service lines.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the clinical subject matter expert for Oracle Millennium implementations, with a focus on Clinically Driven Workload Reconciliation.
+ Lead customers through clinical workflow sessions and solution optimization to support operational and financial objectives.
+ Analyze clinical documentation workflows to ensure alignment with coding, charge capture, revenue cycle, and regulatory requirements.
+ Guide healthcare organizations in adopting best practices that improve documentation integrity, revenue performance, clinical efficiency, and compliance.
+ Facilitate stakeholder meetings, and clinical process reviews with nursing, physician, and operational leadership.
+ Partner with customer leadership to identify opportunities for workflow improvement and organizational transformation.
+ Apply Oracle implementation methodologies to support solution design, configuration validation, testing, training, and go-live readiness.
+ Collaborate with Oracle technical consultants, change management, project managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
+ Monitor customer adoption and key performance indicators (KPIs), recommending optimization strategies that improve clinical and operational outcomes.
+ Build trusted relationships with customer executives and clinical leaders while serving as a strategic advisor throughout implementation and post-go-live optimization.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
+ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
+ Minimum of eight (8) years of combined clinical, healthcare operations, consulting, or healthcare information technology experience.
+ At least three (3) years of experience optimizing healthcare revenue cycle processes.
+ Minimum of one (1) year of clinical consulting and/or Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) experience.
+ Experience improving clinical documentation workflows and supporting revenue integrity initiatives.
+ Understanding of clinical operations, documentation practices, and healthcare workflows.
+ Experience leading cross-functional teams through organizational change.
+ Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work a flexible schedule to support internal collaboration and customer engagements across multiple U.S. time zones, including occasional extended or non-standard business hours as project needs require.
+ Ability and willingness to travel as required to support customer engagements, including weekend travel, and travel outside of standard business hours, based on project schedules, go-live activities, and customer business needs.
+ US Citizenship required.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), RHIA, RHIT, CCDS, CDIP, or other Health Information Management certification.
+ Advanced degree in Informatics; including master's degree in nursing informatics, healthcare informatics, healthcare administration, or related discipline.
+ Experience implementing or optimizing Oracle Millennium (Cerner) Electronic Health Record solutions.
+ Experience with Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI), Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle Optimization, or Clinical Informatics.
+ Previous consulting experience supporting large-scale EHR implementations.
+ Experience working with federal healthcare organizations including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of War (DoW), Indian Health Service (IHS), or other federal agencies.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $82,500 to $166,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
