_Ready to lead leaders and scale a high-performing sales organization? As a District Manager at Kemper, you'll own a multi-agency territory, develop Sales Managers, and drive revenue growth at scale-while shaping the future of your district and your career._
**_What You'll Do_**
+ _Lead and develop Sales Managers across your district_
+ _Drive revenue growth, retention, and performance across multiple agencies_
+ _Recruit, coach, develop and build a strong leadership bench_
+ _Scale a high-performing network of insurance agents_
+ _Execute territory strategies based on market opportunities_
+ _Community impact and local presence are key_
+ _Improve productivity, profitability, and policy persistence_
+ _Ensure accountability and compliance across teams_
+ _Partner with senior leadership on long-term growth strategy_

**_Qualifications_**
+ _2+ years of district, multi-unit, or multi-agency leadership experience_
+ _Insurance or financial services background preferred_
+ _Proven success leading leaders (e.g., Sales Managers)_
+ _Track record of driving revenue growth and team performance_
+ _Strong experience recruiting and developing sales talent_
+ _Active Life, Health, and P&C licenses required_
+ _Comfortable with regular field travel_
+ _Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills_

**_Compensation:_**
_Total on-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $62,700 to $146,200 annually based on expected performance. $35,000 base salary plus commission with no earnings limit. Earnings are driven by new business growth and expanding relationships within an existing customer base, with additional upside through multiple bonus opportunities. High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips. High performers may exceed the stated range, with top 10% of employees earning $334,000+ annually._
