**Job Description**
As a Senior Product Manager within Oracle Health, you will play a critical role in accelerating the deployment of Oracle Health Millennium across the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). This position supports one of Oracle Health's highest priority federal initiatives, partnering across Product, Engineering, Consulting, Security, and Federal Delivery teams to scale the successful rollout of Millennium to VA medical sites.
This role is ideal for an experienced product leader who combines deep Oracle Health Millennium knowledge with federal healthcare consulting experience. You will evaluate enhancement requests and collaborate across organizations to deliver those requests.
**Responsibilities**
+ Partner with Engineering, Consulting, and Product teams to support successful deployment of Oracle Health Millennium across VA facilities.
+ Contribute to initiatives that improve implementation efficiency through automation, configuration standardization, and repeatable deployment processes.
+ Gather, analyze, and document customer enhancement requests and implementation requirements, helping assess business value, technical feasibility, and implementation approach.
+ Collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal delivery teams to support feature prioritization and implementation improvements.
+ Work across Oracle Health product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and consistent implementation practices.
+ Develop expertise in Oracle Health Millennium capabilities and implementation best practices to support customer deployments.
+ Partner with Engineering to translate business and implementation needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
+ Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing customer needs, engineering capacity, and delivery timelines.
+ Collaborate effectively across Product, Consulting, Engineering, Security, and Federal Operations to support successful product delivery.
+ Monitor implementation feedback and customer outcomes to identify opportunities for continuous product and process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
+ **5 years** of experience in Product Management, Healthcare Consulting, Healthcare IT, or a related field.
+ Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner Millennium).
+ Experience supporting healthcare technology implementations.
+ Experience collaborating with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
+ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience supporting U.S. Federal healthcare programs, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Defense (DoD), or other federal agencies.
+ Healthcare consulting experience supporting Oracle Health Millennium implementations.
+ Experience gathering and documenting customer enhancement requests and implementation requirements.
+ Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, configuration management, and enterprise healthcare workflows.
+ Exposure to automation or process improvement initiatives that enhance implementation efficiency.
+ Active U.S. Government security clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $72,800 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
