**Job Description**
Leads a large Product Management group within an Organization in a single LOB. Translates strategy into 1-3 year roadmaps; manages products end-to-end from concept to launch and beyond. Conducts market analysis, identifies unmet needs, drives solutioning and validation, and delivers customer-centric features via agile and continuous delivery. Owns GTM execution, demos, early adopter programs, and post-release adoption and implementation outcomes.
Group-level ownership of product roadmaps, backlog and requirements, release planning, metrics and experiments, cross-functional execution with Engineering/Design/Marketing/Sales/Support, and customer/partner engagement.

-Provide executive leadership in managing products throughout the entire lifecycle, from strategy to retirement; define compelling problem statements, differentiated value propositions, and well-articulated, measurable business outcomes while maintaining and prioritizing strategic backlogs.
-Oversee market research and competitive analysis at the group level to identify new opportunities, shape product positioning, and ensure long-term business growth.
-Champion identification of customer unmet needs, guiding solution ideation, rapid prototyping, and validation processes; make strategic trade-offs using data-driven insights and customer feedback to maximize value.
-Lead the implementation of agile, scaled agile, and continuous-delivery methodologies; define and govern release scopes and success criteria, partnering effectively with Engineering to deliver timely, high-quality product releases.
-Drive strong cross-functional and cross-team alignment, proactively addressing stakeholder concerns, and ensuring transparent communication of status, key risks, and strategic decisions across all levels.
-Foster a culture of customer-centricity by systematically collecting feedback, aligning product capabilities to customer goals, prioritizing issues, and closing feedback loops to ensure continuous value delivery and satisfaction.
-Direct go-to-market strategy execution, including development of release overviews, sales enablement materials, product demonstrations, and support for early adopter programs in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
-Lead initiatives to drive product adoption both during and post-release; partner closely with customers throughout implementation, monitoring value realization, and iteratively enhancing products based on telemetry and direct feedback.
-Ensure that security, privacy, and accessibility requirements are embedded throughout all stages of product development and delivery; govern the maintenance of clear, comprehensive, and audit-ready product documentation.
-Manage budget, headcount, and vendors; set KPIs and drive continuous improvement, mentor Directors/Sr Directors and senior ICs; foster an inclusive, safety-first, high-performance culture.
-Ensures own large group operates in best interests of Oracle and our customers.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $200,000 to $480,700 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
