You'll partner closely with Human Resources, Legal, and senior stakeholders, working through sensitive issues with discretion while maintaining independence and objectivity. The work can be fast-paced and nuanced, but it's also high-impact-helping ensure we operate in a way that aligns with our standards and supports a fair, consistent employee experience.

+ Conduct interviews with employees, witnesses, and stakeholders using a neutral, thoughtful, and professional approach
+ Analyze facts, documentation, and patterns to develop clear, well-supported findings
+ Produce high-quality Reports of Investigation; clarity, structure, and sound reasoning are critical
+ Present findings and recommendations to Human Resources, Legal, and senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
+ Exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
+ Operate effectively within a remote environment, staying connected and responsive across stakeholders
+ Contribute to broader Ethics & Compliance initiatives as priorities evolve
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
**Required:**
+ Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
+ Demonstrated experience conducting investigations (internal investigations strongly preferred)
+ Background in employee relations, employment law, or workplace investigations
+ Strong written communication skills, including drafting detailed investigative reports
+ Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a remote environment
+ Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle highly sensitive matters
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust while remaining objective
