**Job Description**

The Principal Process Improvement Project Analyst serves a strategic role in operational excellence, responsible for leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and advancing organizational capabilities in Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement. This role partners with senior leaders to identify and solve complex business challenges, define future-state operating models, and deliver measurable financial, operational, customer, and employee outcomes. This position drives large-scale process transformation through data-driven decision making, organizational change leadership, stakeholder alignment, and sustainable benefit realization while coaching and developing others in process improvement methodologies and best practices.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead enterprise-wide and highly complex cross-functional transformation initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies to deliver measurable financial, operational, customer, and employee outcomes

+ Serve as a strategic advisor to senior and executive leaders by identifying improvement opportunities, shaping future-state operating models, facilitating key decisions, and building strong partnerships across the business to drive credible outcomes

+ Establish, advance, and govern continuous improvement standards, tools, playbooks, dashboards, status reporting, and value assessment stories to ensure consistent execution, benefit realization, and visibility to business impact

+ Mentor, coach, and develop Process Improvement practitioners and business partners in Lean Six Sigma methodology, project execution, facilitation, data-driven problem solving, and change leadership

+ Leverage healthcare, PBM, industry, and operational insights to identify emerging opportunities, benchmark performance, influence strategic priorities, support departmental budget planning and oversight, and drive enterprise process maturity

+ Mentor, coach, and develop Process Improvement practitioners and business partners in Lean Six Sigma methodology, project execution, facilitation, data-driven problem solving, and change leadership

+ Other duties as assigned

**Minimum Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Healthcare, Operations, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience; HS diploma from an accredited school or GED is required

+ 7 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, business analysis or project management

+ Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

**Additional Qualifications**

+ Demonstrated ability to frame unclear business problems, establish a path forward, lead complex enterprise and cross-functional initiatives, and deliver measurable business outcomes through implementation, benefit realization, and sustainment

+ Advanced proficiency in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization, with the ability to identify opportunities, validate root causes, measure outcomes, and communicate insights to stakeholders and executive leadership

+ Strong leadership, executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coach others, build organizational alignment, and influence leaders at all levels of the organization

+ Demonstrated success influencing enterprise strategy and partnering with executive leadership to prioritize, sponsor, and advance transformational business initiatives

+ Proven ability to build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, training, governance, and advancement of Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices

+ Recognized thought leader with exceptional business acumen, systems thinking, and the ability to identify strategic opportunities, mitigate enterprise risks, and drive sustainable organizational change

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Master's degree in Business, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.

+ Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), healthcare, highly regulated industry, or large-scale operational excellence experience.

+ Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification

+ Project Management Professional certification or equivalent advanced project/program management certification, with experience leading large-scale technology, digital transformation, or enterprise system implementation initiatives.

+ Advanced expertise in statistical analysis, predictive analytics, process mining, data science, business intelligence, automation, artificial intelligence, and data visualization to drive business decisions and operational performance

+ Experience developing, governing, and scaling enterprise continuous improvement programs, operating models, or centers of excellence, including the development, delivery, and certification of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt training programs

+ Formal certification in organizational change management methodologies, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or similar enterprise change frameworks

+ Experience with enterprise work management and portfolio management platforms, such as Asana or equivalent project and work management applications

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
