Toyota's 10th U.S. plant, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Mississippi, Inc., located in Blue Springs and is a tobacco free campus.

The **Body Quality**position is in **Body Weld (BWD)**Department located at our **Blue Springs, MS**plant.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

* Provide production engineering support for equipment systems and vehicle processing and tooling

* Safety and Ergonomic Improvements

* Quality Improvements

* Cost Improvements

* CIS / Body Accuracy / ECI Tracking and Implementation / N&P; Support / Weld Map Accuracy

* Inline Measurement / Quality Investigations / CMM and Vectron Calibration / Cut Check Lab Support

* Ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects with internal plant personnel, outside contractors and vendors.

* Strong interpersonal and project management skills.

* Able to work with Production, Quality and Maintenance. Lead TMMMS drawing reviews, kanbans and equipment testing.

* Capital and Operating Projects

* Problem Solving using TBP to effectively to implement effective countermeasures.

* Project Management use engineering standards to ensure proper execution

* Analytical thinking Is critical in system problem identification, countermeasure and implementation

* Must develop and maintain processes and procedures used to make business decisions on equipment as related to operation maintenance, preventive, maintenance, refurbishment and capital budget replacement decisions.

* Perform other duties as assigned

## Qualifications

* Bachelor degree (or higher) in ME, EE, IE or equivalent experience in Body Weld Quality

* Problem Solving , Quality Investigations in manufacturing

* Manufacturing experience

**Required **

* Overtime 15-20%
* Travel 15%

* Body Accuracy experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
* Body Weld Manufacturing Experience

* Toyota Quality Experience
